Stubbornness or self-protection? - When parents refuse help

Topic:

What is behind this and how can we help them to overcome this inhibition threshold? Why are people sometimes so stubborn and afraid of change? Conversations about this are often difficult and fraught with conflict. In this group coaching session, we will talk about the psychological causes and discuss how we can sensitively encourage our relatives to accept offers of support and overcome their fear of being patronized.
