This group coaching offers women who have experienced an emergency or secondary C-section a safe and trusting place to share their experiences. Here, you can tell your birth story—without any pressure or obligation. We talk openly about the challenges of an "unplanned birth," extreme experiences, and possible trauma. Together, we address feelings of guilt, shame, anger, grief, and stress during the postpartum period and beyond. You will receive valuable information about hormonal changes to better understand your body and psyche. We also talk about postpartum depression, support services, and your path to self-healing. In this safe space among women, you will find support, understanding, and strength.
