Care Out of a Sense of Duty? Intimacy, Boundaries, and Responsibility
Relationships with parents aren’t a debt to be repaid: Adult children don’t automatically have to “pay them back,” but can shape the relationship in a mature way through clear boundaries, mutual respect, and mutual agreements.
How can I support my parents without losing myself? How do I deal with strained relationships that can’t be changed? Together, we’ll look at examples from real families. The goal is to consciously manage closeness and distance and to find sustainable, harmonious solutions for care, support, and everyday boundaries.
Benefit from the supportive circle of fellow participants and share your family story.
