Escape the daily grind and immerse yourself in nature: Mental strength and clarity through forest bathing
In Japan, forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is an integral part of preventive health care and is also becoming increasingly popular here as a method for preventing and reducing stress.
Through sensory exercises, mindfulness, creative elements, breathing, and gentle movement, we experience the forest with all our senses, allowing us to breathe deeply, relax, recharge, and fully immerse ourselves in the soothing atmosphere of the forest. It has been proven to reduce stress. This allows the body, mind, and soul to regenerate on all levels.
We step away from our thoughts, immerse ourselves in the vast greenery and the scents, and feel the soft forest floor beneath our feet.
The positive effects of forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku on our nervous, endocrine, and immune systems have been documented in numerous studies.
Experience how this “self-check-in” with nature gives you new strength, motivation, and joy in life during hectic times!
