Women (Part 7): Desire to have children here I come

In the interview between Melissa, who is already a mother, and participants who are dealing with the topic of wanting to have children, an open conversation about the questions that concern many women arises. The participants talk about their insecurities: "Am I ready for this responsibility? Will I be able to do justice to my child?" Melissa remembers her own doubts before giving birth and how her life changed with motherhood. She says that the desire to have a child is often associated with many expectations and fears: "What if it doesn't work out? What if I don't get pregnant straight away?" The participants also ask themselves how their partnership and career could change and whether they would have to sacrifice their freedoms.
