Trainer certification Module 6: Group dynamics and challenging situations

Topic:

Group dynamics shape every training course and every workshop - but how can you manage them in a targeted way? In this module, you will learn to analyse the typical roles of participants and recognize the different "group phases" that a workshop goes through. This will help you understand how these phases influence collaboration and how you as a trainer can respond to them in a targeted manner.

The second part focuses on peer consulting. Together, we will develop practical strategies to master challenging situations with confidence. How do you deal with situations where the purpose of the workshop is called into question? Or how do you skillfully steer frequent speakers?

The module is rounded off with suggestions for spatial anchors that will help you to make your training even more structured and effective.
