Kintsugi - Gilding life's cracks and creating good things
Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique and philosophy in equal measure: we recognize cracks and fractures in our lives, gild the cracks and reassemble the individual parts into a new whole.
In terms of life, it means that we can learn from our life's fractures and gain new strength if we can acknowledge and appreciate what we have experienced.
Group coaching aims to look at life's cracks and offer participants space and time to recognize the strength that arises from these moments in life. Kintsugi is therefore a form of resilience training that can be lived and implemented with a special beauty.

Which e-mail address should I use?
If possible, please use your work e-mail address, as this will speed up the processing of your booking request.
