Making decisions with the inner team

In communication, we not only have to deal with the team we belong to or that we have to lead, but also with our "inner team". Only when I have "everyone together" and united on the inside can I react clearly, authentically and appropriately to the situation on the outside.

In this group coaching session, we use Friedemann Schulz von Thun's inner team model to look for the voices within us that argue in very different ways when it comes to decisions and assessments. The aim is to give them a name and a place at the negotiating table so that they can make sustainable and authentic decisions.

The group coaching is an interactive format and is therefore not recorded. It is possible to book an individual coaching session afterwards.
