Have you ever had the feeling that to-do lists and prioritizing tasks stress you out more than they relieve you? Have you ever wondered whether this has to do with how you manage your time, how you mix or separate your professional and private lives? Or even which things are really important to you?
We all have the same 24 hours a day at our disposal. How can we use and organize them so that we can meet the demands of everyday life as well as our personal energy levels and desires?
In this blended learning format, you will develop strategies to avoid unrealistic expectations, set priorities correctly and minimize distractions.
The group coaching comprises three sessions with moderated discussions, where you can ask your own questions, benefit from the experiences of others and develop strategies for action together. In addition, you will complete e-learning modules for practical consolidation.
