Communication with parents is an essential part of educational work with children. In this course, you will learn how to conduct conversations with parents professionally and sensitively - even when it comes to challenging topics. Using practical examples, you will learn how to create a positive atmosphere, focus on the child's needs and find solutions together with the parents. The methods and formulation aids presented will help you to build a trusting parenting partnership. Particular attention is paid to critical parenting conversations in the context of suspected child endangerment. The course takes about 35 minutes.
