Many parents experience the so-called mental load: the invisible mental work, the organization of everyday family life, the constant "having to think of everything". In this group coaching session, you will learn what is behind the term, why it often increases, especially after returning to work, and how you can take targeted countermeasures.
Together, we will develop strategies to distribute responsibility more fairly, recognize your own limits and create relief in everyday life.
