Romy Pfingstler and Nadia Hirtl, Linde AG Personnel Officers
"Linde GmbH has been working successfully with pme Familienservice GmbH since 2017. The challenge was to arrange BEM meetings, which were to take place at our many locations in Germany in an employee-friendly manner, with a central HR department. Together, we developed and implemented a good concept that enables us to cover BEM meetings throughout Germany with the professionally qualified case managers from pme Familienservice ."

High sensitivity in women: A facet of neurodiversity with potential

Topic:

High sensitivity in women is a particular facet of neurodiversity, characterized by a pronounced perception and sensitivity to environmental stimuli. This deep emotional sensitivity brings challenges, but also opens up a wide range of opportunities. Highly sensitive women are characterized by increased empathy, creative approaches to problem-solving, and a keen sense of social dynamics. In a professional context in particular, their special perception enables them to contribute authentic leadership and innovative ideas. Understanding high sensitivity as a source of potential is an important step toward specifically promoting these skills and valuing them in teams and organizations.#neurodivergent
