New parent service: Help with applications and forms
Say goodbye to headaches with our new service for customers: Our parental advice service helps families fill out application forms, for example for child benefit or child supplement.
Are youa pme customer and need help with your application? Then book your appointment with our parent counseling service now:
During the consultation session, you can go through the application together with a pme specialist advisor, ask questions and, ideally, send the application directly after the consultation.
Our service currently includes the following services:
- Child benefit
- Parental allowance
- Child supplement
- Advance on maintenance
- More on request
Our parental advisors have been providing support on numerous financial benefits for families since 2015, including parental allowance and child benefit.
This is how the appointment booking works:
- Click on "Book appointment" to go to the booking calendar.
- Book a 30-minute consultation time slot and let us know which application you need support with.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail and can add the appointment to your personal calendar.
- At the time of the appointment, click on the meeting link in the confirmation e-mail and the consultation will begin. Have the relevant application form ready.
- If you have any further questions, you can arrange a follow-up appointment directly with your advisor.
