Working and caring for relatives at the same time – this double burden brings with it many challenges. You juggle your job, personal care, organizing care, and emotional processing. Often, you feel like you are "constantly caught between two stools," and without balance or support, chronic overload threatens.

In this group coaching session, you will receive a compact overview of helpful support options in a keynote speech. Together, we will look at practical strategies that will empower you and help you take good care of yourself despite the stresses you face.

During the break, we will invite you to enjoy a small snack.

In the subsequent group discussion, you will have the opportunity to ask your individual questions and exchange ideas with others in similar situations. Take advantage of this opportunity to gain new perspectives and discover sources of strength.
