Leading successfully and confidently as a woman - with LINC Personality Profiler

Leadership skills are not a question of gender. However, women often face different challenges. In this group coaching session, you will take an in-depth look at leadership issues and your personality traits. Beforehand, you will receive your individual LINC personality profile via an online tool, which will give you a detailed picture of your character traits, motives, and skills based on the Big Five model.

At the beginning of the session, you will hear a short keynote speech on the topic of "Women, Leadership, Power." You will then have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other participants in a moderated discussion. You will have space for your questions, concerns, and case studies, and you will develop concrete action strategies with the coaches and participants.

The group coaching also includes two individual coaching sessions, which you can arrange individually with one of the coaches—Darina Doubravova or Betty Wollgarten.
