Kintsugi - Gilding life's cracks and developing new strength
Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique and philosophy at the same time: we recognize the cracks and fractures in our lives, gild them and put the individual parts together to form a new whole.
Applied to life, this means that we can learn from our life fractures and gain new strength if we acknowledge and appreciate what we have experienced.
The group coaching invites you to consciously perceive your life fractures and gives you space and time to discover the strength that arises from these moments. Kintsugi thus becomes a form of resilience training that can be lived and implemented with a special beauty.

If possible, please use your work e-mail address, as this will speed up the processing of your booking request.
