The method combines knowledge from modern psychological stress research with the ancient wisdom of Chinese acupressure and can therefore effectively resolve anxiety, stress and its accompanying and subsequent symptoms. In addition, the application of this method has proven positive effects on your brain chemistry and enables you to consciously regulate both stress and happiness hormones.
