You can't do without sleep. This quickly becomes clear after a few short or poor nights. The body and mind regenerate at night, while learning processes take place and the immune system is strengthened. It is often stress at work and in our private lives that robs us of sleep.
What constitutes healthy and restful sleep?

How do I ensure that I relax sufficiently to give my body space to regenerate?
In this group coaching session, you will gain theoretical background knowledge on the topic of sleep and relaxation. You can exchange ideas with the other participants and have the opportunity to get to know relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation in practice.
