In a world that is becoming ever faster and more complex, we need inner clarity and conscious boundary setting. Effective leadership begins with the ability to lead oneself - boundaries are not an expression of separation, but the basis for effectiveness, balance and healthy relationships.

This 3-part online group coaching will guide you from the fear of boundaries to a clear self-awareness. You will recognize why it is sometimes difficult to maintain boundaries and learn to set them naturally as soon as inner security arises.

The content includes: Boundaries as an expression of self-leadership, awareness of the logic behind adaptation and excessive demands, and inner stability as the key to effectiveness in the VUCA world.

A journey of discovery into your inner logic of thinking and energy for people who want to lead clearly without setting boundaries.
