Intuitive drawing - when the soul guides the pencil
In everyday life, demands often override your own inner voice. In this group coaching session, you will use intuitive drawing as a conscious method to sort out thoughts, reduce tension and gain new clarity. Studies in neuropsychology show how visual forms of expression calm the nervous system and stimulate creative problem-solving processes. You will work with simple lines, shapes and colors using the neurographic method - not for a work of art, but in a process and for a piece of inner order that lets you feel again what really has meaning.

Which e-mail address should I use?
If possible, please use your work e-mail address, as this will speed up the processing of your booking request.
You don't have a work e-mail address or can't use it? No problem: you can also use a private e-mail address to register - it may just take a little longer to confirm your request because a manual check is necessary in this case.
