Feedback promotes individual development and performance. But how do I give feedback without offending the other person? How do I remain constructive in difficult situations and how do I accept feedback professionally myself? Discover how you can give positive feedback authentically!

Our group coaching comprises two sessions, between which you will also complete an e-learning module. In the group coaching sessions, we conduct a moderated exchange: You bring in your own questions, share experiences, develop action strategies and reflect on their implementation. The e-learning module explores all facets of feedback in greater depth with examples from everyday working life.

The format also includes two individual coaching sessions, which you can arrange individually with one of the coaches.
