Breathe easily in summer: Breathwork during your lunch break for more energy
In our fast-paced working world, stress is omnipresent, and we often breathe too shallowly, too quickly, and too much. The problem: the body loses its natural CO2 tolerance—a crucial factor for inner peace, focus, and performance. Conscious breathing helps to train this CO2 tolerance and thus regulate the body and mind.
In the breathwork workshop, you will learn how functional breathing calms the nervous system, reduces stress reactions, and restores energy. You will learn why CO2, not oxygen, is the underestimated key to resilience and how you can increase your CO2 tolerance with simple exercises – for greater concentration, serenity, and relaxation.
In addition to theory, the focus is on practice and breathing techniques that you can use anytime in your everyday life, supplemented by in-depth breathwork sessions and modern soundscapes that bring body and mind into harmony.
