Together, we will explore how you can identify and reconcile the different needs of your children and your relatives who require care. Discover ways to build bridges between the generations. A special focus is placed on self-care. You will learn how to protect and recharge your own energy reserves so that you can go about your daily life feeling stronger and more relaxed.
