"Anger is good" - How to guide your children calmly through the defiant phase

Topic:

For parents, the autonomy phase can be a real challenge, causing anger, incomprehension, and sometimes even despair. However, this developmental phase enables children to develop self-efficacy and frustration tolerance as they go through the process of separation.

How do children cope during this phase? What triggers "defiant reactions"? And how can you as parents deal with this phase while maintaining your values and setting boundaries at the same time?

Our speakers will answer these questions and more in a short keynote speech. Afterwards, you can contribute your own case studies from your everyday family life and work out concrete recommendations for action in exchange with other parents.

The group coaching consists of two modules, both on Fridays: June 26 and July 3, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
