In this interactive format, you’ll discover an alternative approach to making sustainable decisions. You’ll experience how the Tetralemma, a concept from Indian philosophy, can help you shift your perspective.

Bring your unresolved decisions with you, and we will work together in a trusting environment to harmonize your head and gut and make a conscious decision.

In addition to brief insights from the facilitator and collegial discussion, participants will serve as resources in virtual constellations and offer mutual support.

The group coaching consists of a joint session on May 26, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as the opportunity to schedule an individual coaching session with the facilitator.

For confidentiality reasons, the session will not be recorded!
