When caregivers are frequently engrossed in their smartphones, interactions with the child are interrupted.

If young children are repeatedly given smartphones as a distraction in challenging situations, they find it more difficult to learn how to deal with unpleasant emotions.

In this training course, we look at the possible effects on child development.

Furthermore, we offer food for thought to help develop strategies for sensitive and mindful media use.
