There are always situations where things don't quite work out or aren't running smoothly yet. In such cases, you may appreciate practical support and educational expertise.
We meet in a closed group. This training course focuses on your everyday life and its challenges. You bring in topics that we work on in a mixture of professional exchange, collegial consultation, and coaching/supervision. In the process, you support each other with your knowledge and receive a wide range of suggestions from the speakers. This brings you very close to practical experience as well as pedagogical background knowledge.
