The pme Parenting Counseling Service is more than just a placement service for childcare spots. The parenting counseling service starts one step earlier:

Qualified counselors provide guidance and support in making decisions about suitable childcare options. This can lead, in the next step, to a specific childcare arrangement—such as a child care provider, a nanny, or a spot in a daycare center.

In practice, these two services work hand in hand:
Counseling to clarify the situation, and preparing a proposal for concrete implementation. 

Our Parent Counseling Hotline offers immediate telephone counseling with an educational focus Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside these hours, our anonymous 24/7 Expertline provides initial support in urgent cases.

Follow-up contact can be made via chat, the contact form, or through local specialized counseling services. We will contact you by phone or email within 48 hours. 
 
Consultations take place in person at our pme locations, via video, or by phone—whichever you prefer—with complete flexibility and based on urgency. 

Our full-time professional counselors hold a college degree in a psychosocial field or a comparable qualification, as well as specific advanced training in systemic counseling.

Regular continuing education ensures the quality of our counseling services. Personal competence and experience are just as important to us as professional qualifications. 

Confidentiality is the foundation of our service. All conversations remain anonymous, with no feedback provided to the company. Your employees can rest assured that their identities and concerns are protected.
