Neurodivergent people navigate daily between exhaustion and adaptation—and at the same time between creativity, honesty, and enormous creative power. This raises many questions: for those affected themselves, but also for parents, partners, and caregivers.

Neurodiversity often feels like a confusing maze.

Our initiative sheds light on the whole picture: we provide guidance, share in-depth knowledge, and create spaces for exchange on an equal footing. In doing so, we highlight what neurodiverse perspectives really mean—and why they must not only be considered but also recognized in schools, families, and the workplace.
