Neurodivergent people are creative, authentic, and innovative. At the same time, they face daily challenges in adapting to behaviors and communication styles that are considered “normal”—this takes a toll and can be exhausting.

Neurodiversity—which encompasses diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and other neurological developmental differences—often feels like a confusing maze.

Our initiative sheds light on the whole picture: we provide guidance, share in-depth knowledge, and create spaces for exchange on an equal footing. In doing so, we highlight what neurodiverse perspectives really mean—and why they must not only be considered but also recognized in schools, families, and the workplace.

Free webinar on April 28, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Featuring: Sarah Lauer (Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH), Kerstin Papenberg (Capgemini Germany)& Christine Hagl ( Capgemini Germany), Sabina Pahlke (ADHD Coach)

High sensitivity in women: A facet of neurodiversity with potential

Topic:

High sensitivity in women is a particular facet of neurodiversity, characterized by a pronounced perception and sensitivity to environmental stimuli. This deep emotional sensitivity brings challenges, but also opens up a wide range of opportunities. Highly sensitive women are characterized by increased empathy, creative approaches to problem-solving, and a keen sense of social dynamics. In a professional context in particular, their special perception enables them to contribute authentic leadership and innovative ideas. Understanding high sensitivity as a source of potential is an important step toward specifically promoting these skills and valuing them in teams and organizations.#neurodivergent
