Quality you can rely on
Our childcare staff have a wealth of experience from looking after their own children and from working with other families. They are well prepared to respond quickly to the individual needs of your child. With loving attention, they ensure that the children feel completely at ease. They make the time with the children active and varied and prepare healthy meals for the child if required.
Our emergency caregivers are self-employed or employed by pme Familienservice . We select them according to high quality standards. This includes a personal interview, questionnaire, proof of health, an extended certificate of good conduct and, if applicable, certificates and references.

- You call our hotline and describe your requirements.
- Our case managers will contact you promptly and clarify all the details.
- We will find a suitable solution for you. An emergency caregiver will come to your home. The care can begin.
Note: The availability of emergency caregivers may vary depending on regional circumstances. If no suitable emergency caregiver is available, we will be happy to advise you on suitable care alternatives.
Childcare in the back-up
In the event of childcare shortages, our back-up facilities throughout Germany also provide loving care and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0 to 12.
