Mindance app: an important building block for our hybrid future
Digital solutions for health prevention have been an important building block for sustainable OHM programs, and not just since Corona. For several years now, the pme Familienservice Group has been working on creating easily accessible offers to promote physical and mental health. Personal information, coaching and training services in the areas of nutrition, exercise and mental health have therefore been gradually expanded.
Our focus is always on the aspect of easy integration of exercises and offers into the individual's everyday work and life. And on addressing people who are not in the mood for "fitness stress" or "health optimization".
In the search for a suitable mobile app for strengthening mental health on a daily basis, pme came across the Mindance app.
Ideal addition to our digital prevention services
It quickly became clear that the app would be an ideal addition to our personal coaching and training services. At the same time, our advisory services can strengthen Mindance's digital prevention offerings so that a complete blended coaching package can be put together.

Mental health promotion - personal and digital
"Work shouldn't make you ill," say the two founders of Mindance, Lukas Stenzel and Robin Maier. "Our mental well-being sometimes depends on the level of stress at work, personal resilience or the quality of our relationships with colleagues. The app gives me suggestions on how to deal with these things better. Specifically, these include meditation and relaxation exercises, as well as exercises to improve concentration and sleep quality," say the founders.
With the app, Mindance has created a digital everyday companion that provides customers with preventative measures to promote mental health. The collaboration with pme Familienservice convinced the founding team, as customers can use the personal support of pme trainers in addition to the digital offering. The hybrid offering makes it possible to respond more closely to users' needs.
Robin Maier, founder and Managing Director of Mindance GmbH, emphasizes: " With the app, we have created a very innovative solution to the problem of increasing mental illness in companies. New features in collaboration with customers
Sebastian Hämmerl, our Head of Corporate Development and Sales, will take over the management together with Robin Maier, one of the founders of Mindance GmbH, in order to establish a close link with our core areas and drive forward further valuable developments and expansions, thus embodying the direct connection to the pme Familienservice Group.

Foundation for "pme health"
With this step, pme is laying the foundation for the expansion of the new "pme health" service pillar. The app is also a valuable digital addition to the wide range of services offered by pme assistance and pme akademie. The aim is to strengthen all offerings through a blended learning and blended coaching approach in order to become even more attractive for existing and new customers in the future.
The market for occupational health management, like many other areas, will change enormously as a result of digital offerings. Through intelligent digital solutions, pme is proactively strengthening its own products. As an innovative, fast and flexible "dinghy", Mindance will open up new opportunities for digital development and thus be a driver of the pme Familienservice Group's digital offerings.
