Educator profession in vogue among young men
More and more men - especially young men - are working at childcare center. The proportion of men among educational childcare center staff has risen from 4.1% in 2012 to 7.9% in 2022. The younger the employees, the higher the proportion of men: also in 2022, 12.6% of childcare center employees under the age of 30 were male.
