Cooperation: Living in old age with pme and bring-together

(Berlin/Leipzig, February 20, 2025) The pme Familienservice Group and the bring-together platform have launched a cooperation to support people in the establishment and operation of subsidized residential care communities. This collaboration aims to promote communal living arrangements for senior citizens and thus enable them to lead a self-determined life in old age.

Together instead of alone: shared care homes as a forward-looking form of living

At a time when society is ageing and traditional care facilities do not always offer the ideal solution, alternative forms of living such as shared care homes are becoming increasingly important.

This type of living offers the advantage that senior citizens not only live in a community, but can also increase their self-determination and quality of life through joint organization. The cooperation between the pme Familienservice Group and bring-together is intended to help people establish and promote this forward-looking form of living.

Cooperation with bring-together

As part of the joint cooperation, bring-together supports employees of pme client companies with a corresponding contract at discounted rates in their search for suitable housing projects, real estate and like-minded people in the vicinity.

Paul Rathjen, Homecare Eldercare Consultant at pme Familienservice, emphasizes the importance of the collaboration: "Many relatives face the challenge of finding suitable housing and care options. By combining our consulting expertise with bring-together's technology, we make it easier for them to find suitable living partners and promote the successful establishment of shared care homes."

In addition, the pme Familienservice Group and bring-together offer free quarterly information webinars on the establishment, promotion and organization of subsidized care living communities. These events are aimed at anyone interested in finding out more about the benefits and opportunities of communal living in old age.
