pme launches employer campaign: "Stay in the conversation - show attitude"
(Berlin, September 5, 2024) With the "Stay in touch - show attitude" campaign, the pme Familienservice Group, Germany's largest EAP provider, is offering employers and employees ways to stay in touch even when differences in attitude and opinion seem irreconcilable. Campaign launch is September 11, 2024.
We live in turbulent times. Our society seems to be divided by war, migration, climate change, gender language and vaccination debates. This polarization does not stop at family and friendships, nor does it stop at the workplace: conflicts and differences of opinion can put a strain on the working atmosphere and the mood in teams.
"Staying in conversation, even if we don't always agree, is the great art. This is exactly where our campaign comes in with the question: How do we manage to be on an equal footing in our discussions?", Alexa Ahmad, Managing Director of the pme Familienservice Group.
Stay in the conversation - show attitude
So how do we deal with it when we encounter fundamentally different opinions and are confronted with derogatory and exclusionary statements?
The pme Familienservice Group provides HR managers, executives, employees and all interested parties with a toolbox of concrete discussion methods, approaches and impulses to help them stay in contact with people and develop their own attitude, even in the face of major dissent:
- With specialist presentations by Anne Otto, psychologist and author, and Johannes Hartl, philosopher and theologian, the campaign's top speakers.
- In webinars and group coaching sessions that also offer space for an open exchange with other participants.
- Podcasts as well as specialist and interview articles provide interested parties with in-depth content about the campaign.
