Mindful minds: Mental strength for your employees

Give your employees the opportunity to train resilience and mindfulness in the long term and anchor them in their day-to-day work.

With Mindful Minds, participants work in small groups on key areas such as self-regulation, relationships or focused work and gain more strength and resilience.

Eight weeks, eight topics:

  • Week 1: What is mindfulness?
  • Week 2: Routines
  • Week 3: Perspective
  • Week 4: Change
  • Week 5: Brooding and worrying
  • Week 6: Positive feelings
  • Week 7: Communication
  • Week 8: Creativity

What is Mindful Minds?

The Mindful Minds training program, which is based on scientific findings, offers exercises to explore the functioning and possibilities of the brain and mind and to change them in the long term. Just as you train your muscles in a gym, you can develop a satisfied, compassionate and powerful mind with Mindful Minds.

It's not about "higher, faster, further", quite the opposite: Mindful Minds is all about approaching life in a more relaxed, effective and better way. The exercises are primarily based on the concept of mindfulness. The aim is to sharpen your awareness of the here and now so that you are not immediately overwhelmed and carried away by stress, feelings or thoughts.

The benefits for your employees

  • Healthy routines for an extra portion of strength, resilience and performance in everyday life
  • Relaxed handling of distractions, parallel tasks and pressure
  • Better relationships with others
  • Fun and motivation in the group

The journey to mental strength: these are the stages

Kick-off event with choice of individual focus track
Weekly one-hour group meetings (self-organized) for joint training and exchange.
Pitstop: Halfway through the Mindful Minds journey, participants can look forward to a live event with exciting impulses, exchanges and tips for the next four weeks.
Final event with a review of the past weeks and an outlook for successfully anchoring what has been learned in everyday life.

The kick-off event, pit stop and closing event are live events. The Mindful Minds team offers thematic impulses, group sessions and self-reflection exercises and is available to answer any questions participants may have.

A detailed workbook guides participants through the 8-week program with varied exercises and scientifically based lessons. Audio exercises in the Mindance app tailored to the focus track help to integrate mindfulness practice into everyday life.

"With this year's Health Day, we initiated the topic of mental health in our company. We were looking for a suitable measure to train mental health in the working environment in the long term and integrate it into everyday working life, and we found it in Mindful Minds. The program with the app and workbook has a clear and modern design and is easy to use. Both the organization and the launch of the program went flawlessly, so that we as the HR department did not have to spend a lot of extra time. We are very happy to be able to offer the program to our employees and have already received a lot of positive feedback."
