pme Familienservice receives multiple awards in 2025

(Berlin, March 03, 2025) The pme Familienservice Group is one of Germany's top employers in 2025 and has received multiple awards: for Top Recruiting 2025, Top National Employer 2025, LEADING EMPLOYER 2025 and Top Brand Corporate Health for outstanding company health offerings. These recognitions underline the pme Familienservice Group's commitment to an appreciative corporate culture, innovative recruiting processes and excellent company health management. 

Top national employer 2025 

Simply providing a job is not enough: employees want an employer that offers fair pay, respectful cooperation and a good work-life balance and makes these its core values. 

pme Familienservice was recognized by FOCUS-Business as a Top National Employer 2025 and achieved 1st place in the health/social sector.

FOCUS-Business presents the award in collaboration with research partner FactField, which determines the best employers in Germany every year in an elaborate process. The focus is on criteria such as fair pay, flexible working hours and an appreciative working atmosphere. 

LEADING EMPLOYER 2025 

Now it's official: The pme Familienservice Group is among the top 1% of employers in Germany - out of 3,600,000 listed and 400,000 analyzed companies that were examined in depth as part of the meta-study.

Alexa Ahmad, Managing Director of pme Familienservice, and Ana-Maria Schmitt Massanet, Head of Business Customer Support Rhine-Main, accepted the award as Leading Employer 2025 at the award ceremony in Frankfurt am Main.  

LEADING EMPLOYER is an independent, cross-industry meta-study on employer quality. For this study, the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation analyzes and reviews current HR topics, awards, accolades, feedback from employees and applicants as well as all available data about the company. 

Top Brand Corporate Health 2025 

For the fifth time, the pme Familienservice Group has received the "Top Brand Corporate Health" award, making it one of the best service providers in the field of extended corporate health management in Germany in 2025. The pme's own Mindance app, an "all-in-one" platform for healthy, motivated and productive employees, also received an award. 

"Health for every schedule - that's a claim that we can focus on even more across all topics with the help of our Mindance app. This enables us to reach even more employees with our offers in an uncomplicated way, which gives our work an extra boost," explains Michèle Penz, Head of pme Health. 

With this seal of approval, EUPD Research supports companies in finding the right healthcare providers. The award is based on practice-oriented nominations from BGM experts.

Top Recruiting 2025 

Attracting the right talent is more important than ever in today's working world. New standards need to be set for a smooth and efficient recruiting process. 

According to the latest ranking by the SZ Institute in collaboration with kununu , the pme Familienservice Group is one of the best employers with an outstanding application process in 2025. With 43rd place out of 750 award-winning companies, pme is one of the frontrunners - and secured first place in the Consulting category.

The new SZ Institute ranking lists the 750 best employers in Germany and is based on a comprehensive analysis of 1,818 companies. Key factors such as application processes and employer attractiveness are evaluated. 

In addition, the pme Familienservice Group was once again recognized as a kununu Top Company 2025, making it officially one of the top five percent of the most popular companies on the employer review platform.
