pme launches the "Lost in Space?" initiative
Do you sometimes feel "lost" in crisis mode? With our initiative "Lost in Space? The pme Survival Guide for uncertain times", we are giving our customers valuable tools for work, love and ageing. It kicks off with a free company forum with bestselling author and management consultant Vera Starker on March 6, 2025.
"We can do it!" But how? In a world that challenges us anew every day, we have more questions than answers: Will an avatar soon be working in my place? Will my partner leave me because I'm too "normal" compared to the Instagram world? And who will look after me in my old age - an empathetic care robot or nobody? And do all these questions even make sense in view of the unmanageable state of the world?
Welcome to the Survival Guide for uncertain times!
We take the fears that rob us of sleep seriously and ask the crucial questions:
- Will we soon be working only for machines - or will we finally find the fulfillment we were promised?
- What makes relationships stable today - loyalty, flexibility or something completely different?
- How can we grow old, remain meaningful and connected - and perhaps even without any care chaos?
care chaos?
One thing is clear: it takes courage to think positively about the future. Because one thing is certain: rigidity won't get us anywhere. We want to take the future into our own hands and shape it. We want to focus on the opportunities and be self-effective.
With a good dose of pragmatism, prudence and confidence: let's make it our mission not only to ask the big questions of our time, but also to find real answers.
Lectures, workshops, podcasts that promote our resilience!
"Lost in Space?" invites us with openness and curiosity to explore new paths that give us support and direction in these intense times. Because finding solutions requires strength - and is only possible together.
With inspiring talks, interactive workshops, podcasts and blog articles, we create space to find inner clarity and strength and remain resilient. Join us on an exciting journey to new perspectives and opportunities!
"Lost in Space?" focuses on three topics: work, love and ageing

2. summer - Love and us: In search of clarity in a borderless world
Love is more than just a feeling. It shapes our everyday lives, our physicality and our mental health. From the power of libido that drives us, to the challenges of cheating and separation, to the role of sexuality in our well-being: Love touches us deeply and challenges us. It awakens curiosity, challenges conventions and opens up new ways of being together.
Immerse yourself with us in the multifaceted world of love - from the highs of passion to the lows of separation.
Autumn 3 - Ageing and us: In search of meaning and connection
Ageing is more than accumulating years - it is a journey to greater serenity, acceptance and a deeper understanding of what really matters. Over time, we grow into ourselves and learn what we really want and need.
But as we grow older, new questions arise: Where do we find meaning and fulfillment? What role do we still want to play and how do we want to shape our lives? And last but not least: Who do we want to share this time with? How do we want to live? Join us as we explore how ageing opens up new possibilities and connections - and brings us back to ourselves.
