Launched as an app to boost mental health, Mindance has evolved to a new level of health and knowledge experience in recent months. Mindance offers more than 1,000 specialist contents on 40 different topics and individual settings options.

What features does the Mindance app include?
Mindance combines valuable health knowledge, light therapy courses, soft skills and management content in one app to provide everyone in the company with valuable knowledge and practical everyday exercises.
The goal: mental and physical strength, healthy leadership, strong teams, everyday relief and personal development.
The app, which is also a web platform, also offers numerous features for employers who can manage all the health and EAP services offered by the company via an integrated communication and organization tool, as well as allowing them to shine in their own corporate branding. Last but not least, the tool can also be used to carry out risk assessments for mental stress (GBU Psyche).
Whouses Mindance?
Mindance currently offers solutions for companies and their employees, but also for private individuals, health insurance companies and insurers. In future, Mindance will also be available for professional athletes and the rehabilitation sector.

Who is behind Mindance?
Mindance is a wholly owned subsidiary of the pme Familienservice Group, the largest work-life balance provider in Germany. The CEO is Sebastian Hämmerl.
Building on the 30 years of experience of pme Familienservice with its more than 1,400 customers, it was important to us to bring our service into the future with a new digital offering.
