Neurodivergent people are creative, authentic, and innovative. At the same time, they face daily challenges in adapting to behaviors and communication styles that are considered “normal”—this takes a toll and can be exhausting.

Neurodiversity—which encompasses diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and other neurological developmental differences—often feels like a confusing maze.

Our initiative sheds light on the whole picture: we provide guidance, share in-depth knowledge, and create spaces for exchange on an equal footing. In doing so, we highlight what neurodiverse perspectives really mean—and why they must not only be considered but also recognized in schools, families, and the workplace.

When a child clashes with everyone, faces difficulties at school, and homework becomes a struggle for both parents and children, this presents families with unique challenges. ADHD is not uncommon, but it is often associated with uncertainty and conflict. In this presentation, parents will learn how to better understand typical situations and use practical, solution-oriented strategies to make everyday life more relaxed for everyone.
